General

1. This is to summarize the details of the above contract for the State of North Carolina Contract.
2. As of June 15, 2024, items offered are found in the Nightingale USA Price Book Dated October 2022
3. This contract is valid until June 14th, 2027.

Contract Details for Government Buyers

1. All State purchase order should be issued to Nightingale care of the local Nightingale authorized dealer.
2. Nightingale will ship the order direct to the ordering agency (providing they have a shipping dock) or direct to the local dealer who deliver and install the other.
3. Nightingale will invoice the state agency directly. Nightingale will accept state purchasing cards for payment
4. Only product listed in the Nightingale USA Price Book Dated October 2022 applies to this contract Delivery: Due to the varying locations and circumstances involved in deliveries and installations, all installations will be quoted on a job by job basis by the local dealer. Delivery is included DOCK to Dock Only.
5. The discount to the State will be List Price by Product Line by Category, as listed below:
   
   (a) For Category IV; Ergonomic Chairs; Discount is 50%
   (b) For Category V; Office Swivel & Side Chairs
   (c) For Category VIII: Upholstered Seating; Sub Category A & B Lounge Seating Discount is 50%

Sub-Category A & B , Wood, Office Side Chairs, Office Swivel Chairs Discount is 50%
