1. Why are there no prices shown on your web site?

The nightingalechairs.com web site is a manufacturer's web site designed to showcase our furniture products. Prices are not shown on this site because Nightingale's dealers are independently owned and operated. To obtain pricing please visit your nearest Nightingale dealer.

2.  What forms of payment can I use?

Nightingale accepts: Visa, MasterCard, wire transfer or cheque.

3. What's the status of my order?

Nightingale email order acknowledgements to our customers within 48 hours after receiving it.  Please contact our Customer Support Team at 800.363.8954 or info@nightingalechairs.com to inquire about the status of your order. 

4. How can I request a fabric sample?

Please visit the textile section of our website to request fabric swatches.

5. How do you install a gas lift?

6. How do I set up a new dealer?

New dealers need to complete a Nightingale Credit Application.   We will also need a copy of their W9 and resale or tax exemption certificate for US dealers.

7. How long is delivery time?

The standard lead time for all our task seating is 2 weeks to ship.  The standard lead time for our lounge seating is 4 weeks to ship.

8. Where can I email my purchase orders?

9. How can I order fabric cards?

10. How do I request literature?

Please visit our literature request section on our website to request literature from Nightingale.

11. Will my chair be shipped assembled?

12. Will Nightingale deliver to a location without a loading dock?

For an additional fee, Nightingale offers tail-gate delivery to a location without a loading dock.  Please contact our Customer Care Team at 800.363.8954 or info@nightingalechairs.com for  an estimate.
